THE BALMORAL HOTEL

I had the joy of designing for one of Edinburgh’s most iconic venues, The Balmoral Hotel, as they launched a collaboration with Jannettas Gelateria: wine and gelato pairings served at Bar Prince.

To enhance the experience, I developed the concept of illustrated tasting cards - each one explaining the flavour pairings and how they work together. From the idea through to the design and illustrations, I created a set of cards that bring the story of each pairing to life and add an extra layer to the guest experience.

This project was a wonderful opportunity to bring together design, storytelling, and illustration while celebrating the collaboration of two beloved Scottish brands.
